Create a positive atmosphere

Your employees spend a huge part of their life at work. The environment we spend time in directly affects our mood, which in turn can affect how we communicate with others. Make sure your workplace is a positive environment, not a toxic one. Watch out for problems between employees and address issues before they blow up. Offer a supportive ear when your employees need to vent, or let them vent anonymously through a suggestion box. Actively assess the office environment regularly to see if changes can be made to make it a more pleasant place to spend the day.
