Bill Tucker, who was elected to the CAM-X Hall of Fame in 2015, has worked as President and General Manager of Answer 365 since 1985. He’s heavily involved in the Canadian Call Management Association, and has served on the boards of the Association of Telemessaging Services International and the Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association.

Ian Cooke has an extensive background in computer development and operations including advanced knowledge and experience in SQL server administration and implementation. During his time with the company, he’s developed many of Answer 365’s custom applications.

Sue Tucker has worked in operations, customer service and management her entire working life. She’s spent the majority of her career working as a specialist in call centre operations and management.

Sherry Oxner has worked in operations, customer service, and management for the better part of two decades. She’s currently the Call Centre Manager at Answer 365.

As an entrepreneur, corporate executive, small business owner and educator, Bill Hildreth has spent four decades developing solutions to assist businesses. His colleagues know him as a consummate sales professional.

Eva Hofmann has worked in the industry for more than a decade, and has been an integral part of our team for a number of years. She’s well experienced in all aspects of client services delivery. Eva is the recipient of The Donald Swift Education Endowment (DSEE) award which recognizes an employee of a member organization, who exemplifies the mission of CAM-X.
